What's Important to Us

We are professionals, not geeks, and we treat our clients with respect and expect to be treated in-kind.

We are understanding, looking at all problems from the client's point of view, NOT from the computer's point of view.

We are problem-solvers, who enjoy nothing more than taking something that is not working as it should, and making it work for the client.

We are excellent communicators, providing easy-to-understand explanations of our work and our recommendations to our clients.

We are responsible; once we are contacted about a computer problem, the problem becomes ours, not just the client's.

We are members of the community, working to improve the lives of everyone in the neighborhood, not just ourselves or even just our clients.
