Q: What if my kid finds a way to hose up my computer after your initial visit?

A: As long as he didn't disable the virus protection or adware protection intentionally, we'll come and fix it with no labor charges.

Q: What happens if I spill coffee on my laptop after your initial visit?

A: Your labor charges are free for all repairs, no matter how clumsy you may be! However, you may decide that the parts are too expensive to justify repair (as repair costs are extra).

Q: What if you can't clean up my computer in the first place?

A: In our experience, we've found very computers that can't be cleaned. We love a challenge!

Q: My computer is networked. Is networking covered under this plan?

A: Networks are our specialty! Your network is a critical part of the security of your computer and is covered under TotalSupport.

Q: My computer is actually running pretty well. How can this benefit me?

A: Our goal is to keep it that way. However, if something does go wrong, you will know who to call, and you'll be back and running in no time!

What is TotalSupport?

TotalSupport is a service plan for your computer, whether you use it for work, play, or both.

How many times have you and your family not been able to use your computer because of pop-ups, viruses, or other failures? How many evenings or weekends have you spent on the phone with "free" tech support trying to solve the problem yourself?

For less than $30 per month, TotalSupport from The Answer, Inc. removes the stress from computer ownership and keeps your computer working for you!

What's Included?

Wouldn't you like to be able to work anywhere you want with the assurance that your computer is protected?When you sign up, we will schedule an appointment to clean up your computer, brining it back to top form, then protect it to prevent any future infections from spyware, adware or viruses.

Afterwards, should any problem occur with the computer covered under TotalSupport, we come out and fix it with no additional labor charges. You will also receive a 15% discount off our normal rates for any additional support services (such as training, upgrades, and more).

    • Evaluate the current state of your computer
    • Remove any viruses, adware, or spyware that may be infecting your system
    • Fix any other software or hardware problems
    • Perform software upgrades and any other necessary upgrades
    • Protect your system with current anti-virus and anti-adware software, and ensure a firewall is in place
    • Work with you to develop and implement a data backup strategy that works for you
  • No labor charges for at-home support if your computer has any other problems during the year
  • Free e-mail-based support for any computer-related question you have
